    A Day in the Life:

    As our Senior Systems Support Engineer you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of all corporate systems and data center operations, as well as assist in providing technical support to the end users of Alliance Residential Company.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Support calls/e-mails from Alliance communities and corporate staff
    • Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of internetworking hardware and software
    • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring problems related to the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN)
    • Assist with Windows systems administration for a variety of business applications
    • Oversee the administration of Active Directory and Office 365
    • Evaluate and recommend software as needed for enterprise servers and desktops
    • Manage the virtual machine infrastructure and administration
    • Monitor and maintain corporate backup systems
    • Monitor and setup remote connections to satellite offices
    • Enforce policies and procedures regarding the use of company materials
    • Maintain all aspects of desktop support 

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • BS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field required
    • 3+ years of network administration experience
    • Previous experience in Microsoft Server operating systems, Office 365, and hybrid configurations.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
