    A Day in the Life:

    If you enjoy managing accounts, driving success, and overseeing various projects, then this is the position for you. As our Project Manager you will keep all Marketing projects, and all entities involved, operating on time and within budget. This role is responsible for planning, tasking employees, managing deadlines and executing multiple Marketing projects from start to finish.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Facilitate initial project discussions
    • Develop and maintain project related documentation
    • Build business relationships with clients and 3rd party vendors
    • Act as the liaison between the Marketing department, client, and outside partners
    • Consistent follow up with all parties involved
    • Facilitate ongoing meetings to discuss project status, successes, challenges, and next steps
    • Monitor data analysis and reporting
    • Act as primary point of contact for assigned projects 

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • BA in Marketing, or a related field
    • 2+ years of Account Management or Project Management experience preferred
    • Multifamily industry or agency marketing experience preferred
    • Expert organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast paced and changing environment
