    A Day in the Life:

    Your role as our System Support Specialist will be instrumental in bridging the gap between IT Support and Property Management operations. While proactively implementing improved workflows, essential duties will consist of assisting our on-site and corporate associates with performing their day to day functions within our property management systems. Strong technical knowledge, problem solving abilities, and troubleshooting techniques are the keys to your success.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide technical assistance for associates utilizing Yardi and Property Solutions software
    • Lead efforts for creating and modifying user settings and profiles
    • Research and implement new modules and procedures in property management software

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • BA preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year experience working with Yardi Voyager or other property management software
    • Basic knowledge of on-site property management operations
    • Strong interpersonal skills
