    A Day in the Life:

    The Marketing Strategist role directly supports the strategy team and indirectly supports the regional marketing team in driving occupancy and increasing revenue. This role is responsible for mining and analyzing multiple sources of data to identify trends and draw conclusions that can be utilized in forming regional marketing strategies.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Generate topline reports that can accompany any data pulled and be presented to team members
    • Use appropriate and relevant reports/information to identify points of interest/trends and draw conclusions
    • Use all available data to support:
      • Writing submarket/regional strategies and marketing plans
      • Presenting trends to operations teams
      • Compiling client portfolio overviews
      • Assessing effectiveness of national marketing initiatives (such as Ultimate Chill and Epic Summer), social media and reputation campaigns, and property-specific marketing and advertising efforts
      • Evaluating submarket data for transition and lease-up properties
      • Performing ROI analyses

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • College degree and 4+ years of project management experience in an agency or in-house marketing setting
    • Experience in data report generation and analysis a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work independently, and manage/communicate with teams in order to produce work on time and on budget
    • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and time-manage workload, while maintaining flexibility with workload and type of work assigned
    • Ability to maintain discretion in working with sensitive and confidential information
