    A Day in the Life:

    As our District Manager you will successfully manage a small portfolio of residential multifamily assets. Your responsibilities will include hiring and training of on-site staff, development of marketing plans, negotiation and supervision of vendor contracts, preparation of annual budgets and management of owner relationship.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Manage the portfolio in the most efficient and profitable manner possible, as well as creating the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the property; both employees and residents, consistent with the goals and objectives of the company and owner
    • Work with Business Managers to achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control, revenue maximization and delinquency management.
    • Work directly with owners to identify property goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with Business Managers on all operational goals, including annual budgets.
    • Partner with various corporate departments to aid in the success of the portfolio including: Marketing, Accounting, Performance, Human Resources, Talent, etc.
    • Effectively maximize rental income, resulting in high occupancy and competitive pricing through the leasing staff
    • Ensure all required weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner Lead, train, and motivate Associates to achieve property goals
    • Maintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competition through site visits and market research
    • Ensure that the established Alliance policies and procedures are being met

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • BA preferred
    • 3+ years of multifamily experience as a Community or Multi-Site Manager
    • CPM or CAM preferred
    • Exceptional leadership skills, and extreme attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
