    A Day in the Life:

    As our Executive Assistant to our Director of Asset Engineering, VP of Finance and VP of Accounting, you will primarily be responsible for providing analytical support and coordination of the organization’s major strategic initiatives, as well as, be the liaison between the corporate office and satellite offices. In addition, you will assist with general office duties such as expense reports, meeting set up, travel set up, ordering of office supplies, filing, etc.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Create marketing pieces for investors, external and internal meetings
    • Quarterly update of company’s capabilities brochure
    • Manage in/outbox, obtain signatures
    • Manage website content for investment business, occasional press releases for new managing director, high level executives and/or new initiatives and offices
    • Coordinate travel arrangements including conference reservations
    • Prepare expense reports
    • Maintain contact database as well as the equity and debt database
    • Copying, scanning and Federal Expressing packages, distributing mail, post marking mail, running errands, banking, notarization of documents 
    • Entity management including creation and dissolution.
    • Entity invoicing management.
    • Coordination of documents in firm’s CPA
    • Circulation of entity documents for signature disbursing to attorneys
    • Partners sale and tax distributions
    • CAB reports

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • B.A./B.S. degree
    • Excellent software skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, and InDesign
    • Exemplary customer service and excellent communication skills
    • Excellent organization skills
    • High degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness
    • Attention to detail and follow-up skills
    • Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associates and/or clients
