    A Day in the Life:

    As our Talent Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our human resources and recruiting processes by organizing all administrative tasks pertaining to the Talent Management department. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our business processes as you manage the candidate onboarding process and coordinate supporting tasks for recruiting.     What You’ll Do:


    • Coordinate background, drug, and reference checking process
    • Perform data entry, create and maintain accurate information and employee files, track necessary information and stay abreast of missing or inaccurate information or unresponsiveness to requests.
    • Frequently communicate with managers and partners to provide updates about hiring and on-boarding processes. 
    • Ensure background investigations, I-9 verification and E-Verify are conducted in accordance with state and federal requirements and notify subject, hiring department and/or Human Resources of anomalies or issues.
    • Promote and provide a positive experience for the applicants, candidates and hiring managers in meeting staffing goals
    • Advertise Alliance career opportunities with external vendors 
    • Maintain the accuracy of the internal and external career portals 
    • Collect and summarize department metrics
    • Recommend ideas and process improvements related to administrative talent tasks that will contribute to the long-range growth of the team and department
    • Handle non-routine and confidential information and ensure the confidentiality of employee information is maintained.
    • Ensure legal compliance with federal and state requirements.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • High school diploma or GED 
    • Associates or Bachelors degree in business or human resources preferred
    • 1-3 years experience in similar administrative human resources or talent management position
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Can-do attitude with desire to work in fast-paced role
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize in a high volume environment
    • Strong proficiency working with Applicant Tracking Systems
