    A Day in the Life:

    As our Customer Service Representative, the opportunities to build and maintain relationships with our residents are endless. Your role will be an active member of the Alliance Residential team by learning the company policies and all of the skills necessary to successfully execute the job duties. Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude while providing excellent verbal and written communication services, both in person and over the phone are the keys to your success.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Assist with designated tasks assigned to include taking ownership of the collection process once the SODA is completed
    • Provide associates and residents with excellent and timely customer service
    • Verify accuracy of amounts owed making adjustments as needed and that all required information is entered and attached to the file
    • Understand account balances to clearly and effectively communicate
    • Complete required daily Former Resident Outreach Goals
    • Document all correspondence, conversations, outreach attempts in detail within the tracking system and post payments received
    • Facilitate Collection Campaigns and work with 3rd party providers to set goals and increase recovery
    • Update any 3rd party providers that report Resident Rental History
    • Learn any software programs necessary to manage Customer Services offered
    • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, practices, work procedures and instructions

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in a high level customer service environment
    • Operational knowledge of tenant landlord act
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of Associates and/or clients
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic
