As our Performance Manager-Sales you will be expected to be an active member of the Alliance team by administering training for the division. You will assist in aspects of Associate development and property success through appropriate training and follow up. As a constant advocate for, and visible representative of Alliance Residential you will play an integral role in helping Alliance become “The Best Property Management Company in the nation.” This position requires a high energy, creative person with strong communication and verbal skills. You must be self-motivated and willing to travel. Responsible for implementing solid sales training and in-person coaching support to improve sales teams’ effectiveness with a specialization in lease-ups.
