As our Marketing Account Specialist, responsibilities will consist of overseeing appropriate multi-property advertising, marketing and event opportunities in an effort to maximize exposure of our Alliance brand. While providing top-level management to the assigned portfolio by engaging with internal resources and participating in strategic planning, your role will monitor community marketing initiatives and ensure that efforts ultimately increase revenue and drive occupancy. Establishing relationships with Alliance operations and development associates for the designated portfolio and acting as a main point of contact between properties, project management, and the marketing department for streamlined communication are the keys to your success.
