    A Day in the Life:

    As our Ancillary Services Specialist you will direct and coordinate, test and implement programs to increase property revenues through ancillary and amenity services. By setting all services of Alliance policies, procedures, and culture and apply this knowledge to program selection, implementation, and maintenance to ensure all services meet the objective of the organization.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Learn any software programs necessary to manage Ancillary Programs
    • Implement and monitor current and new Ancillary Programs
    • Identify and implement process improvements
    • Increase associate knowledge and participation in current and new Alliance programs
    • Oversee and facilitate the transition process for Ancillary Programs the community will use/cancel
    • Analyze monthly reports to identify trends and communicate effectively
    • Assist and respond timely to associate requests  regarding Ancillary Programs
    • Facilitate and monitor training of programs for onsite associates including material covered
    • Mentor and assist Ancillary Services Coordinator(s)

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Knowledge of existing programs
    • Knowledge of Alliance policies, procedures, and culture and apply this knowledge to program selection, implementation, and maintenance
    • Typing and data entry skills
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting systems
    • Exemplary customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skill
    • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
    • Attention to detail and follow-up skills; self-motivating
