You will be outreach Marketing to local businesses, retail buildings, restaurants, law firms, veterinarian offices etc. You will be cold calling businesses to set up meetings with HR departments and/or request to market to employees. You will follow up different companies until they are given access to bring information to their building. You will attend local events and hand out promotional items marketing the asset. You will set up booths at local events to advertise the building and hand promotional items out.
Complete working knowledge of property management marketing, community management, Yardi and Microsoft Excel.
