    A Day in the Life:

    As our Senior Creative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Creative Team to encourage and ensure the most innovative atmosphere. While working closely with the Director, Creative Teams, Graphic Designers and Copywriters to execute and oversee a higher level brand strategy, brand development, and campaign direction, your role will cultivate an environment of sustained creativity and professional growth.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Act as a concierge to Creative Group, assist in finding resources to complete projects
    • Assist in evaluating branding process and creative execution for the multifamily industry 
    • Set up systems to facilitate new creatives and freelancers to agency procedures
    • Research and propose streamlined and cost effective creative processes, resources, and technology 
    • Work with agency PR Director to generate internal and external press/buzz about the creative work 
    • Work with teams to display all mediums of current creative throughout the space
    • Supervise entries for creative award shows
    • Seek out and propose for agency Senior Creatives to judge creative call-for-entries and to speak at international/national creative conferences
    • Work with talent department to find qualified creative candidates
    • Set up creative outings which include speakers, fun questionnaires, creative quizzes

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • 3+ years of prior agency and creative management experience
    • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and time-manage workload
    • Work well under pressure with many opportunities to develop creative solutions
