    A Day in the Life:

    As our Pricing Analyst, you will analyze and assess market changes in response to business practices and tactics. Utilization of property management principles as well as economics to create, manipulate and distribute reports will be the keys to your success.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Analyzing and providing, when necessary, analytical and pricing tools for each community to maximize overall revenue
    • Synthesize input from multiple sources for business strategy planning activities 
    • Monitor the relationship between pricing practices, market performance and consumer acceptance
    • Follow and assist Director of Revenue and Research to ensure revenue management best practices concerning renewal rents, premium leasing, and the collection of unconstrained demand data
    • Analyze and review production of lease terms, unit types, unit categories, elasticity of demand, and lengths of time units remain vacant
    • Provide business consulting to property management 
    • Assist with gathering macro and micro economic research

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Economics
    • At least two years’ analyst experience in multi-family and real estate, revenue management experience preferred
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills including financial analysis, statistical analysis and business case development
    • Technology skills including computer software, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Internet research
    • Ability to communicate and interact with personnel at all levels both written and verbal throughout the organization
    • Able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, including project administration, monitoring and execution
