    A Day in the Life:

    As our Compliance Coordinator you have the opportunity for providing world class customer service while working with our Directors of Facilities and Regional Managers on capital contracts. Attention to detail, construction experience and strong writing skills are the keys to your success.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Process monthly construction draws, release subcontractor payments, monitory insurance, lien waivers and subcontract document requirements
    • Assist the Contract Administrator with production and processing of all subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and back charges
    • Coordinate Project Close-Out with Project Manager and Superintendent
    • Provide general administrative support to Project Manager and Superintendent

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • BA preferred 
    • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in apartment construction or related field 
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Adobe, Timberline and other relevant software
    • Ability to proactively identify persons or areas in need of help or attention and creatively identify solutions
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
