    A Day in the Life:

    As our Project Manager you will oversee all aspects of multi-family construction for multiple apartment projects, from the pre-construction phase through completion. You will use your expertise to plan, facilitate, and drive the successful and timely completion of your projects.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Conduct preliminary conceptual estimates, bids, based on a site plan and rough sketches
    • Plan preliminary estimate and budget of cost to construct
    • Oversee unit layouts, and provide cost feedback to owner
    • Maintain cost compliance 
    • Manage final site plans, landscape plans, and amenity plans 
    • Conduct preliminary estimates of lumber, sheetrock, brick and other project materials
    • Complete final subcontracts, scopes of work, and material purchase orders
    • Oversee all site staffing
    • Manage the setup of the on-site construction office
    • Chair preliminary meetings with utility companies and site personnel 
    • Approve all subcontractor draw requests and coordinate lender draw packages

     

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • BA or BS in a related field 
    • 10+ years or apartment construction experience
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Adobe, and Timberline
    • Extreme attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
