When you join our Internship Program, you'll acquire highly marketable skills and experience pertaining to every aspect of running a successful business. You'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with so many new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected challenges. There is one consistent aspect, however - everyday, you'll learn more about sales/marketing, customer service, business management, and administrative skills than you ever thought possible.
• Drive performance by understanding and achieving sales goals
• Exude an outgoing and dynamic personality while welcoming prospective residents and touring the community
• Thorough understanding of products, floor plans, competitors and amenities to identify opportunities to create value for residents and drive more revenue
• Accurately accommodate and process resident requests, payments and leasing documents
• Initiate marketing ideas and assist in coordinating resident functions
• Enrolled in a 4 year degree program, preferrably interest in Real Estate, Property Managment, Business, Marketing, Psychology, and Finance
• Previous experience with Customer Service
